Teaching

Teaching philosophy

Teaching is a form of communication that requires clear thinking, creativity, and enthusiasm.  Effective teaching lets students be active participants in their education.  My role as an instructor is to guide each student to a broader understanding and appreciation of the world through factual knowledge and an ability to think critically.
I serve the UNL teaching mission as coordinator of our Water Science Major
and as an instructor.  For more information on the UNL Water Science Major, click here.
